Recently, we received a letter of thanks from Phnom Penh Electricity Authority in Cambodia, which expressed great gratitude to our staff Fan Yang and Weiwei Lu who are in charge of after-service work. The Phnom Penh side showed enormous satisfaction to their professional skills and careful service attitude.
On March 11th, Yang and Lu went to Phnom Penh to help install two power transformers of SFZ10-75000/115. These two transformers had special structures, with second control system of integrated form, on-load tap-changers, air-cooled control system, temperature protection ect integrated into main RTCC screen. Usually, this series of installation was finished by the attache from Electricity Authority. But our after-service staff Fan Yang went to help with installation after a simple training in the RTCC manufactory.
It was quite fine spring day in China while extremely hot summer day in Phnom Penh. But our staff insisted to show on the installing site in spite of the severe weather. During the time of installation, they were confronted with a lot of problems. By contacting with the designers of our company in China side; by communicating with the manufactory side, by cooperating with local people who were responsible for this project, these two transformers were finally installed and put into operation.
